Fear the Thunder and What Comes With It
Some find it surprising that Little Haiti has been in the hands of one pack for almost four decades, but those that test the boundaries of that claim learn quickly why they have been able to manage it. Much like the spirit they serve the Tanpèt (Stormcallers in Creole) strike quickly and without mercy, spreading their reach wide despite their relatively small numbers. The pack currently boasts three Uratha members after losing one to a spat with a nearby Forsaken pack along with a large network of Blooded and mortals who spread across the neighborhood and act as their eyes and ears.
The alpha is the lone Ivory Claw of the trio by the name of Joseph Damour. While a relatively recent addition to the pack, having come to the city in the aftermath of the Port Au Prince earthquake in 2010, Joseph managed to climb his way up to the top of the ever-shifting pile of members as any proper son of Silver Wolf would. The other two members are Predator Kings, one a convert from the Forsaken and the other the daughter of the previous alpha of the pack. The pack’s totem is known as Azaka-Tonnere’s Voice, a potent weather spirit that claims its lineage from the Loa itself and empowers its followers with the power of the storms that it can call upon.
