Date/Time error occured: 7/8/18
Summary of Error: Unable to access the chat. Site works properly, chat will not load. 500 error every time I try to open a chat window. Was trying to log my OOC skin, character skins load properly.
What were you doing when the Error occurred?: Trying to log onto the chat with my OOC skin.
What troubleshooting, if any, have you attempted?: Cleared cookies, reset router and attempted to use another browser.
Did it resolve the issue?: No.
