Weird Quotation Marks Sheet Updates

So I just noticed this, looking at the Sheet, as well as Change Log for Grace Yi...

In the character history, there were some quotation marks used. Evidently every time the character gets updated, this causes a problem somewhere, so now there's a string of """ everywhere those were used, which apparently was a new "amp;" every time the character was updated. Had I noticed this at creation, I'd have cleared that out and not used that particular punctuation, but now I can only report this as a weird bug in how the code handled quotation marks.
