XP Spends

Hey guys, just a friendly reminder to please not put in xp requests before you have the xp on your sheet. Almost every month before rollover we get xp requests that don't quite have the xp yet and it is a waste of our time to pull up the sheets and begin only to realize half way through that the xp isn't there yet. Then have to do it all again the next day.
