Feedback and You

Post by LarryG » Mon Apr 24, 2017 7:59 pm

Hi kids,

Chat dad here again, with a few more word on some things that we admins would like to address. We hear rumblings from players. Questions about the way that things are being handled, from status, to positions, to clarifications…. But we’re not getting requests for them. We are getting some, but they are getting sorted to the wrong groups for some reason.

So I’d like to take a moment to explain this, and the process that you should be following. First and foremost: If it doesn’t hit the request queue, it’s not going to be dealt with. If you are asked to put it up as feedback, and you don’t, it will not be dealt with. If you continue to raise complaints of the same nature, and don’t put it in as feedback, there may be PPS actions that are brought against you for starting whisper campaigns. Now we don’t mind being pinged in private to ask us a question. We don’t mind you bringing something to us privately to see if it’s something that you SHOULD put in as feedback. However, we are getting quite a few reports from staff members that they are being approached with feedback, but when asked those members of the community are refusing to submit their feedback as a request. This needs to stop.

If you have a ruling clarification: Feedback to the venue it is in regards to.
If you have a rules clarification: Feedback to the Rules Master
If you have feedback regarding staff interaction: Feedback to the admins

While I know this is by no means an exhaustive list, I hope this helps with the gist of things. If it’s about a scene, send it to the storyteller side of things. If it’s about a person or staff member, send it to the admins. You may not like the ruling that you get, but you will get clarity on where the staff stands on the issue, which is much better than leaving the waters muddied.

If you have any questions about this? Send feedback to the admins. We will answer your questions as best we can.

Hey guys, there was a roll out with the site that gave us some issues with requests. Mostly feedback, but PLEASE check your requests to make sure that they actually submitted. The bug should be fixed now, so please double check your submissions and if they are showing new, submit them so that we can interact with them.
